1. The pipes to be pickled shall be pickled first as required;
2. Cut the pipe with sawing machine or special pipe cutting machine according to the required length, and it is absolutely not allowed to cut with melting or grinding wheel; Remove burrs, metal chips and dirt on the inner and outer circles of the pipe end; Remove rust inhibitor and dirt from pipe joints; At the same time, ensure the roundness of the pipe;
3. Insert the nut and ferrule into the pipe successively. The front edge of the ferrule shall be at least 3mm away from the pipe opening, and then insert the pipe into the conical hole in the joint until it is pushed;
4. Slowly tighten the nut and rotate the pipe until it does not move, and then tighten the nut for 2 / 3 ~ 4 / 3 turns;
5. Disassemble and check whether the ferrule has been cut into the pipe and whether the position is correct. The ferrule is not allowed to move axially, but can rotate slightly;
6. Tighten the nut again after passing the inspection.
