Due to the complexity of hydraulic hose, variety structure, combined with the use of conditions, so the working life of the hydraulic hose, not only depends on the quality, but also depends on the proper use of maintenance. So even though the product has a high quality, if it cannot be properly used and maintained, The working life will be seriously reduced, even property damage. The following points are provided:
1, The rubber hose and hose assemblies can only be used for conveying materials design, otherwise it will reduce the working life.
2, The correct use of the length of hose, hose length will be changed under high pressure (- 4% + 2%) and be changed by mechanical movement.
3, The rubber hose and hose assembly should not be used more than design pressure (including shock pressure).
4, The rubber hose and hose assemblies under normal condition, the conveying medium temperature should not be up to 40 ℃ to + 120 ℃, otherwise it will reduce the service life.
5, The rubber hose and hose assembly should not be used in the reverse condition.
7, The rubber hose and hose assembly shall be careful handling, should not be dragged on the sharp and rough surface, should not flexed and squashed.
8, The rubber hose and hose assembly shall be kept clean, inside should be rinsed clean (especially lose acid tube, spray pipe, mortar tubes).To prevent foreign objects into the lumen, hinder the transmission fluid, damage to equipment.
